From small beginnings over the past 6 years, we are proud to have grown our “Phi family” so far into a dedicated team of 19 full-time staff working alongside a select handful of expert consultants.

We enjoy what we do, we work hard and we make time to support each other to help deliver our company’s purpose to 'provide flexible and innovative solutions to reduce the growing social housing crisis'.

Our team will continue to grow, but for now, this is us.
