Aidan graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2014 with a BSc (Hons) in International Business. Aidan’s first graduate role was with Franke, a global Swiss industrial manufacturer. He spent 3 years working with Franke across 3 divisions and 4 countries, where his achievements included winning and managing major foodservice contracts.
Before joining Phi, Aidan spent a gap year exploring Asia and Australia. This reinforced his desire to experience new cultures, securing his position as the office travel bug. In his spare time, Aidan has always enjoyed sports, having previously played rugby, football, and cricket at competitive levels.
Aidan joined Phi in September 2018 as a Research Analyst, covering property sourcing, underwriting and market research. As part of its commitment to continual professional development, Phi sponsored Aidan to study part-time for an MSc in Real Estate at the University College of Real Estate Management. Aidan has now completed his MSc which will enable him to become MRICS qualified. His research dissertation was based on how the use of private capital can be used to tackle the affordable housing crisis, in which he was awarded a Distinction.
Now as an Investment Analyst with Phi, Aidan’s role covers a range of real estate underwriting, investor modelling and reporting, and working directly with our council partners to bring about more affordable housing solutions.
